How QuickBill collects, uses, and protects your data.
Information We Collect
QuickBill stores the business data you enter into the app — products, customers, vendors, invoices, payments and accounting records — together with the account details you provide when you register (name, business name, email address and, optionally, phone number). When your device syncs, we also record technical details such as the device identifier, platform and app version so licences and sync cursors can be managed.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to operate the service: to run your account, sync your data between your devices and the web dashboard, enforce licence limits, provide support, and send service notices such as renewal reminders. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Offline-First Storage
QuickBill is offline-first. Your business data lives on your own device and is fully usable without an internet connection. A copy is stored on our servers only when sync is enabled for your plan, so that you can restore it or use it from another device.
Data Sharing
We share data with third parties only where it is required to run the service — for example our hosting provider and the email provider used to deliver account notices — and where we are legally required to do so. Those providers process data on our instructions only.
Data Security
Access to your data is protected by your account credentials, role-based permissions inside the app and encrypted transport (HTTPS) between your devices and our servers. Administrative actions in the web dashboard are recorded in an audit log.
Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your synced data for as long as your account is active. You may ask us to delete your account and its server-side data at any time by contacting support; local data on your own devices is removed by uninstalling the app or deleting the account inside it.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you can export your business data from the app at any time.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version is always published on this page, with the date it took effect shown above.
