Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and QuickBill.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating a QuickBill account or using the QuickBill apps and web dashboard, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using QuickBill on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
The Service
QuickBill is point-of-sale and business management software provided as desktop, mobile and web applications. Features available to you depend on the plan your licence covers. We may add, change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service.
Accounts & Licences
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Licences are issued per business and activated per device, within the device limits of your plan. Sharing a licence outside your business is not permitted.
Subscriptions, Renewal & Refunds
Paid plans run for the billing period you select and continue until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QuickBill for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers' data, and not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the software except as the law expressly allows.
Your Data
Your business data remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, sync, back up and display it so the service can work. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability & Support
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, upgrades and events outside our control can cause downtime. Because QuickBill is offline-first, your device keeps working during a server outage and syncs once the connection returns.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. You remain responsible for keeping your own backups and for the correctness of your accounting and tax filings.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that is used unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination you may export your data before the account is closed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it took effect shown above. Continuing to use QuickBill after a change means you accept the updated terms.
